Your bike must assembled by a qualified bike mechanic. To back up this recommendation, we are offering to pay $25.00 to have your bike assembled at a local bike shop. Upon receipt of the certificate and an invoice from a bike shop, we will issue you a check for the cost of assembly up to a maximum of $25.00. Prices charged for this service range from $25.00-$50.00 depending on the bike dealer’s market conditions.
All of our items are packaged carefully, to ensure that they arrive safely.
If you order a complete bike, it will be shipped via UPS. Please note that we cannot ship complete bikes to PO boxes. Any additional items will be shipped via USPS (as long as they fall within postal size limits).

The full value of the winning item will be declared on the customs forms. The shipping price is not included in the declared value on the forms. For non-defective items: we accept returns as long as the item is in new condition. Once we receive the item, you will be refunded your original purchase price minus your shipping charges.
For defective items: we offer a 30-day warranty on all of our products, unless the auction description states "As is, no warranty." Your item will be replaced, repaired, or refunded at our discretion. We do not accept returns for items sold "As is, no warranty."
Not every item we sell includes the manufacturer's warranty. If this is the case, we will state this clearly in the item description.
