Payment/Checkout
Payment is expected at time of purchase & checkout. (checkout if you are bidding on multiple auctions) We prefer credit card or paypal and those orders will ship ASAP, We do not accept personal checks. Money Order is accepted as a last resort due to delays in mailing/receipt etc. If payment is not received within 5 days of end of auction we will relist the item and you will forfeit any/all claim to it

Shipping
We Ship ANYWHERE- In most cases we try to ship within 48 hours of payment clearing, We offer combined shipping discounts of 20% when purchasing more than one item- See below for a basic list of board/boot/binding shipping cost
USA Destinations- We ship via Fedex and USPS- When choosing consider the following- Fedex has better tracking but is bit slower by a few days- USPS tends to be faster but may not have tracking- We do send tracking info automatically when shipping (if available) We require signature confirmation for most of our items for your protection
International Destinations- We use USPS International Express- Unfortunately We cannot guarantee delivery time due to customs and international conditions- Our average time is around 12-15 days depending on destination, Any VAT/Customs fee's your government may charge you are not included with shipping cost-

Sample shipping rate for USA- Board only= $19, Board + Bindings= $29 Board+Boots+Bindings= $35
Sample shipping rate for International (Australia, NZ, UK, DE, etc) Board only=$79, 2 Boards=$109, Board+ Bindings=110, Board+Boots+Bindings=$129
Communication
We will e-mail you with all of your purchase info- BUT-We use your home registered email address IE: Your Hotmail, AOL, Yahoo etc etc for all sales communications including tracking info for your purchase, (Not the eBay yellow button system) Please be sure your email address is current with eBay and your spam filters are off for eBay sellers or we will not be able to communicate with you and get you info such as tracking
Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase- You have a 7 day inspection period in which to return the item, A Return Authorization Number must be obtained from us, The item must still be new in the box, not used etc. 100% refund will be given minus the shipping cost
If we screw up- Although we try very hard to make your purchase problem free- occasionally we do make mistakes- please email us and allow us the chance to fix any problem you may have with your purchase. Please note that if you choose to leave us negative feedback, we reserve the right to accept that as final resolution to the matter and may not accept a return or issue a refund.
