We know that flexibility in payment is the key to a pleasant shopping experience. We want you to come back and shop with us in the future, so we give you TWO (2) business days to make payment arrangements with us by using the ebay checkout. We also give SEVEN (7) business days after winning a bid or purchasing an item to get us the payment. However, we ask that you understand that your item(s) cannot be shipped until we have received cleared payment. Nonpaying bidders will be turned in to ebay after 10 days.

Our commitment to you is to package all our items with great care. All expenses for packing materials, handling fees, and postage are calculated to save you money. Our packaging may not be the prettiest, but they are packaged to get the item to you safely. Items are shipped the next business day after payment is clear.
All items with a retail value of more than $100 have mandatory insurance. Packages do get lost and broken and insurance is the best way to make sure that our valuable customers never lose. Insurance is optional on most items. Championship Moments is not responsible for items lost or damaged if insurance is not purchased. Your package will be shipped with a confirmation number or Customs number.
IMPORTANT: Championship Moments is not responsible for customs fees and tariffs. If you are purchasing your item from outside the U.S. there may be additional fees required when your purchase arrives. The buyer is responsible for any and all applicable fees for international sales. If an item is returned to use because it was undeliverable or rejected, all shipping and associated fees will be deducted from refund.
Customer satisfaction is the first and greatest concern here at Championship Moments. If an item is new, you have three (3) business days to return unopened for a store merchandise credit.
The item must be in its original packaging and return shipping is at the expense of the buyer. We recommend using return to sender to avoid additional charges.
Most of the items we sell are new. However, we ask that you understand before bidding or buying that if the item is described as used, it is being sold AS IS and there are no refunds, no returns. The item(s) are described as accurate as possible.
