zulasurfing studios is the marriage of these 2 diverse individuals and their individual talents. gil works from a glass studio where he uses a glass kiln to make fused dichroic glass pendants and kiln casting art. his work includes all the beautiful glass work you see as well as the beach jewelry we all love. coming from eilat israel , his love of the beach, water and Diving made his jewelry come alive.Irena fell in love with jewelry making and the arts in undergrad school she started with stringing and wire wrapping and expanded into metal-smithing. when gil and irena got together they combined their talents and crossed over, where Irena started to incorporate glass into her work and gil started to work with metals. together they try to bring beautiful handmade pieces of wearable art. |
