Payment must be issued to us (PayPal, Money Order or Cashier's Check) within seven (7) calendar days after you win the bid. If by the 7th day, I do not receive any payment, I will send you a total of 2 friendly reminders (just in case you forgot). If I don’t get any response or payment, I will file a non-payment dispute with eBay.
I will ship all items via Priority Mail, (except books, which go via Media Mail). Should the buyer prefer Parcel Post, it shall be done. Just so buyers know: Parcel Post does NOT always get to its destination between 5 to 9 days like the USPS claims……many times, it gets to you in over 3, even 4 weeks, as it goes to a Bell, CA USPS office and sits there for a few days before it gets dispersed by truck or train.
I do NOT accept FedX labels. I mainly use USPS, but at times, I will go UPS if item is too delicate and needs a professional packer. My preferred mode of shipping is via Priority Mail, especially for fragile items, mainly because it goes by air and gets to you sooner, therefore less handling by mail staff.
I do combine shipping for multiple items won, however if you purchase more than one item, please wait for me to send you an invoice before paying. My policy for “combined” S & H is the following: I combine the items together in the box I will ship it in, weigh it, and add $1.40 per item for handling = the total for S & H. Remember, distance is a prime factor.
If, after you receive your package, you claim that something is broken, I would require a picture jpeg of the breakage to be sent to my e-mail address, before I refund any monies. If you plan on shipping the item back to me, I will refund only after I get the item back. I'm sorry I have these requirements now, but I was forced to apply this policy as in my short life in eBay, I have been had several times. There's a lot of fraudulent people out there. Majority of eBayers are good & honest people, but there are a few of those who are there just to rip you off, and get something for nothing.
