1) Please do not bid if you do not plan to pay for the item.

I have done my best to describe the item listed, however I am not an
expert, so if I have overlooked something please bring it to my
attention and proper actions will be taken.

professional photographer, so colors may appear different depending on
the monitor your personal computer uses. I am therefore not responsible
for slight variations in color, so please if you have any questions as
far as colors go, PLEASE NOTIFY ME PRIOR TO BIDDING.
4) ALL SALES ARE FINAL,
however if you recieve an item that has been incorrectly described
please notify within 14 days of the auction's end and explain why you
feel the way you do. If I agree then I will refund you what you pad for
the item, LESS THE SHIPPING CHARGES, upon ME recieving the item back
from you (the buyer) in the same condition it was sent out. BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING CHARGES IN THE RETURN OF THE ITEM TO ME.
5) I accept PAYPAL and USPS MONEY ORDERS.
6) I NO LONGER ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS. Sorry.
7) Payment is expected within 7 DAYS of auction closing. If no payment is recieved within 7 days then a Non-Paying Bidder dispute will be filed.
8) I offer INSURANCE as an option for all auctions. IF YOU DECLINE TO PURCHASE THE INSURANCE THEN I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ITEMS THAT ARE LOST, DAMAGED OR DESTROYED IN THE MAIL.If you are worried about loss, damage or desctruction then PLEASE PURCHASE THE INSURANCE.
9) All Virginia residents must pay VIRGINIA STATE SALES TAX.
