This auction is for a 1964 AL Champion New York Yankees team AUTOGRAPH baseball. This is an official Reach Joseph E. Cronin baseball, and is hand signed by 24 members of the 1964 Yankees team. Signatures include HOF Hall of Famers Dickey, Ford, and Berra, and key notables ROGER MARIS, Kubek, Hamilton, Howard, Boyer, and Pepitone. Unfortunately, the Mickey Mantle autograph has been deemed to be a club house signature. The autographs are authenticated by JSA James Spence Authentication, with their numbered sticker (# B89424) on the matching full LOA Letter of Authenticity. Nice vintage item, with the autographs ranging in grade from 5 to 9... luckily the most valuable autograph, Roger Maris, is one of the darkest and nicest on the ball!
Please note: there is some scuffing on the north panel of the baseball (which does not affect the Roger Maris signature, which is on the south panel). The baseball is also lightly worn and soiled... possibly a game used ball?
