We will NOT allow the buyer to use their own carrier account for shipment. Insurance is required for purchase at checkout, all merchandise is shipped fully insured. If an item is damaged during transit Edrop-off Express will file the claim, refund may take up to 30 days depending on the claim process.

eDrop-off Express liability is limited to actual damages, but in no event more than the sales price. Edrop-off Express is NOT liable for any items lost or damaged in transit. If additional insurance is not purchased the buyer is fully responsible to file a damage claim.
