Vintage Brunswick Balke Collender Professional "Willie Hoppe" pool cue, 19 oz, as stamped on stick, measures about 56 7/8 " long (28 3/4" butt, 28 1/8" shaft), Willie Hoppe signature etched in stick has little wear and is above points, leather wrapped butt section has a few surface scuffs on it, small scuff on the butt cap, the cue can be separated into 2 pieces and the butt and tip sections have 2 black and one brass ferrule, beautiful dark brown color wood at bottom of butt, there is a 3" surface crack in the wood on the butt, original butt cap on cue, original Brunswick decal on butt is in very good condition with little wear and no parts of decal missing, beautiful 4 double point multi-color wood inlays with no separation to the wood venner, dark green color in wood inlays, nice condition with only light surface wear and no nicks or scuffs to wood, the tip is missing off the cue, ferrules below the tip have no wear, marks, or damage, "C T" is imprinted in wood on end of butt, the stick does have some warpage...it does not roll flat and the center area comes about 1/4" off the flat surface, predominately above the center ferule. I bought this at an estate sale, and was told by the homeowner that it was purchased in the early 1960's.
