Return Policy : - In the unlikely even that your item found to be defective or damaged in transit, no worries - We stand behind all items. Please inspect your item immediately upon delivery and notify us of any damaged or defective items within seven (7) days. All return requests beyond the first seven (7) days after the delivery date will be denied. Contact manufacturer to enact any available warranty after 7 days.
For any item damaged in transit - please notify us immediately and a damage claim will be placed with UPS. and a replacement shipped to you. Keep the original shipping carton - the item may be picked up for inspection by UPS, at no cost to buyer. Damaged items MUST be returned in the original shipping carton. Please allow 2-3 weeks for resolution of a damage claim.
- Damaged or defective items will be exchanged for a replacement of the same item, but must be returned first, before the replacement can ship.
- All shipping costs and return shipping costs are non-refundable, no exceptions. Because we are not responsible for damaged-in-transit or defective merchandise we DO NOT pay for return shipping of damaged-in-transit or defective merchandise. We do however ship the replacement item back to you at our expense, thus splitting the overall shipping costs with you.
Packaging: Some items do ship safely and securely in the manufacturer's own box, which may clearly indicate the contents.
Item Availability:
All items are in stock at the time of listing. In the RARE instance that this item is not available after payment is received, you will be immediately notified and offered a full refund. You will then have the option to wait for arrival, or we will promptly refund your full payment.
