1948 Schwinn Flyer Gas Tank Bicyle

This is a project I never got to. I check the serial numbers on the BB and found out the year. The serial Number is E9 2326 and according to the web it was manufactured 8/26/48. The bike is one inch pitch. The rear hub is New departure. There is serious rust on all things chrome and the paint is oxidized. The fork looks like it was front ended but very fixable I have a fork jig and was planing to do it. Anyway this thing is heavy and shipping will most likely be around 80 to 100 dollars. Buyer will pay what ever it cost to ship is no extra. So Don't pay till I tell you the shipping costs. I can box this to ship. I am thinking two boxes to save from scratching the frame up.
