NEW HIGHER RESISTANCE LEVELS*

The Set of 3 Cords Includes:

  • 1 GREEN light resistance   15lbs*
  • 1 RED medium resistance   20lbs*
  • 1 BLUE heavy resistance     25lbs*

They are high quality natural latex rubber 48 inch long tubes. 58 inches long handle to handle.

*Resistance levels are estimates.  The resistance level increases the further the band is stretched.

They have reinforced rubber ends, hard plastic handles and nylon straps with metal grommets for durability.
