  • We unconditonally guarantee all merchandise for 7 days from the receipt of the shipment.
  • If the merchandise is manufacture defect, we will provide you a pre-paid shipping label to return the items to us. Once we get the items back and after inspection, we will offer full refund (include original shipping cost).
  • If the customers just want to return the merchandise regardless any manufacture defect or damage during shipping. In this case, we will charge 30% restocking fee (on the total invocie cost). Any original shipping charges will not be refunded. However, we will provide you a pre-paid shipping label to return the items to us.
  • Your credit will appear after we has received and processed your returned merchandise through our return procedure. Please allow up to 10 days for us to process the procedure. During the meantime, please feel free to email us on the status of the return and credit.
