Royal Ontario Golf Club, located on Trafalgar Road just south of the 401, boasts 18 holes to challenge even the most seasoned player. Within the12,000 square foot clubhouse, the fully stocked pro shop will cater to all your needs, and the banquet facilities can accommodate any style of function.
A visiting golfer will first notice that Royal Ontario, for being such a new course, does not appear young. When construction started in 2001, the property featured many gentle hillsides and rolling terrain. But what really drew in the designers were the mature trees that adorned the landscape.
The land was originally a stable and equestrian center, with large meadows and dense woods covering the acreage. Placing the holes within these spaces allowed for the woods to frame the fairways and greens. After experiencing Royal Ontario, the enticing shape of many holes will easily become ingrained in the golfers memory.
Visitors will also remember the quality of the design. One gets the feeling that great care has gone into the placement of each hole. For accomplished Architect Boris Danoff, this course represents a tremendous amount of time and effort. "Royal Ontario exemplifies the best in target golf layouts. Generous fairways allow for aggressive play off the tees, and wide openings to the greens make front pin placements accessible by low running shots."
The club caters to public play, tournaments, and the hundreds of members within our family of courses. The goal is to provide that private club atmosphere, to make guests feel as though they are members when they visit.

Mandatory cart is extra. To book your tee time, please use the telephone number provided on the certificate. Pro shop must be advised of certificate restrictions at the time of booking. This certificate is non-monetary and cannot be redeemed for cash nor is it valid towards any previously purchased merchandise or the purchase of new gift certificates. This certificate is not replaceable if lost or stolen. There will be no extension to the expiry date.
This certificate is valid until August 31, 2009.
