1950 WORLD SERIES YANKEES PHILLIES PARKING PASS
This is the #1 Philadelphia Police issued parking pass for the 1950 World Series played between the Philadelphia Whiz Kids and The New York Yankee Bronx Bombers. This official parking pass with the seal of the City of Philadelphia was issued for the use of Universal Newsreel. The pass was good for games played at Shibe Park (later to become Connie Mack Stadium). This pass measures 8 ½ x 5 ½ inches. There are staple marks along the edges as well as some small tears at the bottom corners which should show up on the photo. Photo is a good representation so bid accordingly and feel free to ask questions.
Please look for the following items I will be auctioning from the 1950 World Series Philadelphia Phillies (Whiz Kids) Vs. New York Yankees; Associated Press (AP) press pass, Baseball Association clubhouse pass, official #1 parking pass issued to Universal Newsreel, New York Central Railroad score update and TV Digest-September 30 1950 Robin Roberts on cover.
