Presented here for the delight of advanced Ted Williams collectors is an extremely rare and original vintage Black and White action 16x20 photo of Ted, the catcher and umpire admiring one of Ted's mamoth blasts to right field. The angle and moment of this photo make this photo stand apart from any other Williams 16x20 that you will see on the market as it is extremely rare and Ted signed very few of them. It is printed from the original glass negative, so the clarity is nothing short of stunning. Ted hand signed this beauty in bold blue sharpie and one can see that the autograph was signed prior to Ted's two strokes given the incredible straightness and flow of the autograph. The autograph has been authenticated by James Spence of JSA and comes with the original JSA Certificate of Authenticity as well as the matching numbered JSA label affixed to the front of the photo. The photo has been framed in the finest materials including a rich black suede acid free matting, cherry wood fillet bordering the photo and a detailed premium quality detailed cherry wood frame. The total dimensions framed are approximately 22x28. If you collect Ted Williams signed photos and your focus is finding the unique and scarce pieces that nobody else has, then you will certainly not want to pass this beauty up.
